Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") of sale apply to all sales of goods by Eleflow Industrial ABN 48 630 644 996 (under ownership by Eleflow Electrical Contractors Pty Ltd. ABN 48 630 644 996) (referred to in this Agreement as "we", "us" or "our"). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your order.
1. Postage -
Postage is free to metropolitan, and most regional areas. Additional fees may apply for remote or otherwise difficult to access locations. Use the 'Contact Us' page if you have any queries on your postal address and potential additional fees involved. Postage is strictly limited to Australia & New Zealand.
2. Warranty & Return of Faulty Goods -
In addition to the required ACCC 12 month warranty, Eleflow Industrial provides an additional 2 year warranty from time of purchase. Under this additional warranty, if products are found by Eleflow Industrial to have manufacturers faults or defects, we will elect to either refund, replaced or repair the faulty or defective goods.
Excessive tool damage outside of normal 'wear and tear' usage may invalidate this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, damaged cause by large drops, chemicals or solvents, water or usage of the tool outside of its normal operating procedures or limitations.
3. Returns -
Returns as a result of change of mind or purchase error are accepted while the product is in 'as-new' condition only. Postage in these cases will be at the purchasers expense. Returns outside of the aforementioned 'as-new' condition are subject to the discretion of Eleflow Industrial, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
4. Stock Availability & Pricing
We will make our best effort to ensure stock levels and pricing displayed on our website is accurate. In the event that a product ordered is out of stock, or an item or delivery cost is greater than what is displayed by our website, we will notify the purchaser as soon as we can. Orders containing pricing errors below the item's correct listing price will be refunded.
5. Intellectual Property
All forms of Interllectual Property on this website is the property of Eleflow Industrial, and may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, modified or distributed without our expressly authorised permission under these terms and conditions.
6. Privacy
By placing an order with, or otherwise contacting Eleflow Industrial, we may store, process, use and disclose data collected from your order for the purposes of processing and fulfilling your order. This data will not be distributed to any third parties unless relating to the fulfilment of your order.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Eleflow Industrial reserves the right to make changes to the Eleflow Industrial Website and these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any such changes will operate prospectively from the time that the revised Terms and Conditions are published on the website and will not impact any purchases made prior to the date of the publication of the revised Terms and Conditions.
